Modeling Cutting Force in MicroMilling of Ti6Al4 V
Jan 01, 2015#0183;#32;This work presents a finite element method (FEM) based microend milling cutting force modeling of Ti6Al4 V titanium alloy microchannels. Ti6Al4 V is one of the widely acceptable titanium based alloys for medical as well as aerospace applications due to its advantageous properties like; corrosion resistance, larger strength to weight ratio, nontoxic nature and biocompatibility.
